CeMe Tracker (“CeMe,” “we”) is software and a website for nurse practitioners to track licenses and continuing education (CE).

What we collect

If you email support or use a contact channel we publish, we receive the information you send — typically your name, email, and message — so we can reply. If you create a State Data Search account or use the desktop app, we receive the account and usage details needed to provide that service. If you ask to be notified at launch, we keep your email address with the time and your IP address, and use them only to email you about the launch and to limit repeated sign-up requests. We do not ask for a home street address on this site.

How we use it

We use that information to respond to you, operate CeMe Tracker, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information. Essential cookies keep the site working. Optional analytics (Google Analytics) loads only if you choose “Allow analytics” on the cookie banner; the footer’s “Cookie settings” link changes that choice. The State Data Search pages use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a visitor is a person, and Cloudflare processes technical information from your browser for that check.

How long we keep it

We keep support and account records only as long as needed to reply, run the service, and meet ordinary record-keeping needs.
